I've amassed a list of 2,000+ names and their possessives that I'd like to use as a user dictionary within NeoOffice. I've found that learning them manually is incredibly tedious, as I can't just click the "Learn" button lots of times; instead I have to click "Learn", which spawns a pop-up menu that I have to select my dictionary from, 2,000+ times. This doesn't appeal.

So, I went about trying to manually create the .dic file. I managed to figure out how the words are separated in raw text: with two bytecode characters, \x08 (if an eight-letter word) followed by \x00, followed by the word. NeoOffice actually plays along with this up to a point, but I can never get it to recognise more words than were already added to the custom dictionary within NeoOffice. Am I missing something?
