In NeoOffice > Preferences, under NeoOffice > Print, is the "Convert colors to grayscale" checkbox selected?

Yes it was selected. I unchecked it and printed a document and it worked fine. Thank you.

I was wondering if there was a way to cause everything to be printed in gray scale in NoeOffice, and now I know.
