Welcome to NeoOffice and to the forums at trinity!
If you type something in the "search term" field near the top of the window, with the tab set to "Find" (The tab choices are Contents-Index-Find-Bookmarks), a list of topics will appear in the large box below the search term field.
If you select one of those topics and click on the "display" button, the contents of the topic will appear in the box on the right hand side of the window. You can get the same result by double clicking the topic.
If no topic is selected, the display button doesn't do anything.
By the way, two other good sources of help for Neo Office are the NeoOffice User Guide (this is a download link) and the Neowiki.

I have done what Lorinda propose but no text at all appears in the box on the wright hand side. There is no problem, when I use "help" on my old pc with Windows XP. Excuse my english, it´s from school 65 years ago. |
