Well I have Mac OS X Panther and neooffice 2.2.3 and I can't connect with the scan of my miltifunction Canon MP600R with wifi.
Or I can do it with Graphicconverter with the twain connexion.
Do you know what I have to do?
I saw in the forum there was a patch for 2.2.2 version ...
Thanks for your help

The first thing to check is if Mac OS X supports your scanner. Try opening the /Applications/Image Capture application and import an image. Does that work? If not, then Mac OS X does not have support for your scanner.

There are (unfortunately) a number of scanners that have a TWAIN driver so they work with apps like GraphicConverter but which don't have Image Capture support; my scanner is one Sad

For me, Image Capture is located between iDVD and iMovie (in list view). It is part of Mac OS X.

What version of Mac OS X are you using? Also, have you installed all Apple software updates?

Are you displaying your applications in list view, sorted by alphabetical order?

Are you using OSX in a language other than English? In Dutch, it is called "Fotolader" (literally translates as "photo loader"). You want something with the icon of a photo camera...

EDIT: note that I have OS X 10.4. It should be the same, but I just want to cover all the bases here.

Best wishes,
Oscar

Essentially the same icon 10.3-10.5, inclusive.

In French "Image Capture" is called "Transfert d'images", but we have a "Capture.app" application which is called "Grab.app" in the English version.

It may be a bit confusing.

Yes, if you get the "no device found" message you'll need to go to Canon and get their latest Mac OS X software. If Canon doesn't have anything for the scanner, then definitely give VueScan a try:

http://www.hamrick.com/vsm.html

While VueScan isn't integrated directly with Neo, at least it should allow you to use your scanner with your Mac. Looking through the list of supported scanners, the MP600R is listed as supported provided that Canon's ScanGear software is installed...perhaps that Canon ScanGear software is the one that has the ImageCapture driver Neo needs as well?
