First, I want to thank you for your work. I'm a recent convert to MAC from the PC. I used Openoffice often but not continuously. I love your development of it to the MAC and do use it daily. Thank you very much.

I do miss one feature of Excel. Excel has shortcuts to insert the current date and time.

Control +; =current date
Shift+Control+; = current time.

These are very handy for recording time/project activities in our office. Is there a way I can current a shortcut to add in this functionality.

For the moment, you cannot assign a shortcut to insert date or time. The best way is to record a macro and assign it a shortcut.
