I was having trouble inserting line breaks inside a cell so that the text would wrap where I wanted.
I looked at calc in help and found this:
Quote:
Inserting line breaks in NeoOffice Calc spreadsheet cells
To insert a line break in a spreadsheet cell, press the Ctrl+Enter keys.
This will work only with the text edit cursor inside the cell, not at the input line. So first double-click the cell, then single-click at the text position where you want the line break.
This is not quite correct. The key combination is Cmd+Enter keys. Cmd = Apple Key) Probably just a missed change when revising help from OpenOffice to NeoOffice.
If it's still saying Ctrl, it's a bug in the OpenOffice.org help files. The way the help files work is that each instance of a "command" key has to be entered with a corresponding notation for the Mac key, so that when the help files are built on the Mac, it'll show up as Cmd. Unfortunately, lots of times whoever is writing the help files just hard-codes Ctrl, so there's no sane way for us to fix their mistakes.
