Remote for use with Presentations

I have a Griffin AirClick remote which I use when doing presentations with Keynote. I would like to explore switching to Neooffice for presentations, but I will need a remote. When I switch the AirClick software to Powerpoint, it seems to work with Neooffice, but it also launches PowerPoint (ugh).

Is there a way, short of de-installing PowerPoint that I can keep it from launching and use AirClick with Neooffice. Any other suggestions for getting a remote to work?

This is the first we've heard of the AirClick remote working with NeoOffice. In terms of making the AirClick software not launch PowerPoint, you probably need to take that up with Griffin; there's nothing NeoOffice can do to stop another program from launching a third program
