NeoOffice Mail Merge - Change email SMTP settings. where?

I am trying to mail merge to an email list using NeoOffice.

I am using the Mail Merge wizard. I go through all the steps but it gets locked up when actually trying to send an email.

I am pretty sure I need to change the SMTP settings for the mail merge to a different port. I remember getting to this setting somehow/someway in all my searching around and setting a mail server and port number, but I cannot for the life of me get back to it.

Where can I reset the mail server and port number for an email Mail Merge in NeoOffice?

I have spent hours..help is MUCH appreciated.

In NeoOffice 3, it's in the "Mail Merge E-mail" pane of the NeoOffice Writer preferences (open Preferences, expand the triangle next to "NeoOffice Writer" and click "Mail Merge E-mail").

Thank you...that is perfect, I finally got it figured out.

However, do you know if I can include Fields as part of the Subject Line of the email?

For example, I would like my subject line to be '<Company> - Testing' to be the subject of the email.

I would like <Company> to be replaced by the actual company name from my database for each record, just like it would be in the regular document.

is this possible?
