Problem with displaying justified in NeoOffice 3.1.1 without patch and with patch 1. By working with 3.0.2, the problem disappears.
Trying unsuccessfully to remove the preferences of NeoOffice.
Video to better understand. Sorry, the text is in French, but it helps to see the problem : http://files.me.com/anne_pierre_t/452fpr.mov
What to do?
In french

I do not understand what the problem is. When I downloaded and opened the link that you posted, I see full-width justified text.
Can you attach a sample Writer file that we can open in both NeoOffice 3.0.2 and 3.1.1 so that understand what differences you are seeing?
You can attach a sample file using the steps in this post.

Is the problem that when you turn on 'show non-printing characters', the text stops appearing as full justified? That's the only thing I could see happening in the video.
(I just tried duplicating this behaviour in both 3.0.2 and 3.1.1 and couldn't - so definitely please post a sample doc that this happens in. It may be font- or language-related.)

To test if what Yoxi is seeing is the problem, can you uncheck the View :: Nonprinting Characters menu? After unchecking that menu, does justification return to normal?

It did return to normal (full-justified) in the video, when non-printing characters was turned off again. But I can't get it to go 'abnormal' in the first place on my setup. |

I can now reproduce this problem and it is the same problem described in bug 3604.
While I had closed that bug as not a bug, I think that I have found a way to force the fallback font's "dot" character to be allocated the same width as the requested font's space character. I will test my idea and if it works, I will post a test patch that you can try.

Yes, the problem is when I turn on 'show non-printing characters'. |

FYI. I have included the fix in NeoOffice 3.1.1 Patch 2. The patch can be downloaded from the NeoOffice patch download page.
