Posted: Wed Sep 23, 2015 9:21 am Post subject: Fix for infinite loop bug in preferences dialog
A user found the following bug: when you select the NeoOffice > Java item in the NeoOffice > Preferences menu item's dialog and press the "Add" button, NeoOffice would get stuck in an infinite loop. Specifically, if you selected a folder in the native Open dialog and that folder did not contain a supported version of Java, NeoOffice would repeatedly display a dialog asking you to select another folder until you force quit NeoOffice.
I have fixed this bug and the fix is in the following test patches. Note: this bug does not occur in the Mac App Store version of NeoOffice:
