Sorry, still having trouble. The system is unable to find the donation. I am certain I have entered all details correctly and the PayPal transaction was listed as completed two days ago.
I have all the transaction details. Would this be better resolved via PM? |

Can you send us the payment details via e-mali at donationsupport at neooffice dot org? If you can also note the "To:" e-mail address in the e-mail that PayPal sent you, we will verify that that e-mail is in the payment database.

I have fixed this bug so this should work now.
I found that our e-mail validation code (the code that tries to detect hacking attempts) was a bit too paranoid and was truncating some of the ending characters on some e-mails.
