Can you try getting Patch 2 from this link?:
http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/earlyaccesspatch.php
Does that work for you? If not, what error message do you get? Also, please copy and paste the url of the page because it is localized for different languages. I tried Spanish and it worked for me.

I'm trying over and over again to download NeoOffice Early Access Patch 2 and also NeoOffice Early Access Patch 2 Test 1 (to enable highlight color feature) and I can't. The error message is always the same. Here I attach the image of the error message that NeoOffice Download Page always show when I want to download something. _________________ -Samuel -

Are you are trying to download from a Windows machine? If so, don't even try downloading anything from our site as we block all downloads from Windows machines.

That is correct. You cannot download from a Windows machine. This will not change as there are several reasons that we do this but the biggest reason is that when we allows downloads from Windows machine, Windows machines from all over China used so much bandwidth that we had a $600 penalty for one month of their bandwidth usage.
The only suggestion I have is for you to install Safari on your Windows machine, enable the Develop menu in Safari's preferences, and select the Develop :: User Agent :: Safari 4.0.3 Mac menu. This will cause Safari to emulate Safari on the Mac.

Thanks Patrick, I will try it. I understand the reasons and I support it. I only hope it works for me. _________________ -Samuel -

I found a more direct way to handle this problem: I created a new error page and made our site redirect to the following URL which is much more explicit as to why the download fails:
http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/403maconly.php

I think is a great idea to post this problem into NeoWiki, so that users can find this problem and can know how to solve it. _________________ -Samuel -

I disagree. The purpose of this restriction was to stop the massive abusive downloading of our binaries by automated search bots. The cost of this abuse is massive and so I am very reluntant to document the logic that we use to stop this abuse. That is why the error page only says that you need to download from a Mac and does not provide elaborate instructions.

Well, if you think so I support it. And I think your point is right because when someone is downloading something from NeoOffice Page is supposed the person is doing it from a Mac computer not from a Windows machine. _________________ -Samuel -
