I've had quick look at a couple of graphics ones, and asa a realtive novice I think they are good: short and descriptive. I wouldn't want to be downloading them on dial-up, but they should help some people.
As an aside, he cops a fair bit of flak from a critic or two who think his point- and-click approach disempowers users, and makes them like Mac users
