There are some FAQs that address login and download issues from the neooffice.org CVS servers that you should be sure to read first:

If you have suggested entries for the FAQs listed above, just reply to this topic about information or workarounds that should be inserted.
Not that anyone ever reads that FAQ but an entry about "checking your spam folder for the registration / new private message / etc. email" would be good. That probably also applies for Bugzilla registration / bug changed emails, but there's no FAQ for Bugzilla problems....
