I can connect to the site, but the PHP Wiki code never finishes returning HTML. Maybe the PHP is hanging waiting on a database query?

I connect to the Wiki every day, and I noticed this "hanging" frequently enough. And almost always at the same time, between 11h am and 12h (11h am for me, i.e. GMT + 1). It lasts less than 1 hour. A bit strange

| I think I also experienced these "hangs", and although they're definitely temporary, they happen quite often (but not between 11 and 12, since I never connect during my lunch break). |
