Does NeoOffice support Resolution Independence under Leopard? If not, will 2.2.1?

No, it does not and it will not for 2.2.1.

For the icons at least. You can select your text magnification anyway you like.

This would require a really quite substantial further rewrite of the VCL code and unless this is what Goldenhour is about, I have not seen signs that it is about to happen. Feel free to bug OpenOoffice.org to rewrite VCL to be more modular, platform and resolution independent.
