Are we surprised? As more people update to the latest office suites, OpenXML really will become the new lingua franca merely because it's the default save format.
I forget where, but I think I remember reading that we were mentioned in one of the Mass. reports as evidence there's multi-vendor support for OpenXML (along with Corel's office suite and some others).
