A thought prompted by a recent Support question - I know there's no simple way to make NeoOffice into a tabbed application, but is there any way to graft in a pop-up 'open documents' navigator, so that instead of having to mouse to the Window menu or tab through the open docs, you could pop up a list of the currently open docs, scroll down it with the cursor keys and hit return (or use the mouse) to bring another to the front?

I could do some research on doing this as a macro, but is there a deeper-down way to go about it?

Control-click on the NeoOffice Dock icon and all open documents are listed as the top-most menu items.

These are system menus so Basic macros won't be able to access them so navigating this menu and selecting one will probably require you to write an AppleScript or Automator action.

Thanks - I was hoping to make something happen from within NeoOffice, but time will tell if this is possible.
