|
Some time ago, (I think) Lorinda had proposed we do something about the poor miscellaneous dBase (dbf) and Access tips we had in the wiki. I can't find that thread, but right now they're together in Miscellaneous Database Tips.
After putting some small bit of effort into polishing them tonight, I'm now leaning towards suggesting that they be split up into their own, albeit small, articles, one for dBase and one for Microsoft Access. (In particular, the Access section is now more than three lines, which really helps )
What say you all?

Sounds good to me. I appreciate your work on that article.

If I ever make any headway with the other Access JDBC drivers I've been looking at recently from the support forum I'll add the info to that page.

I second( or fourth ) the proposal to split.
It looks really good now. Especially the Access section. Its accessible

Done, and I ended up doing a bunch of rewriting in the process, so I think they both actually seem like articles now rather than just stubs.
I also split the corresponding French page, but unfortunately it was quite outdated already. Hopefully someone will have a chance to bring it back up to speed soon.
