I want to stress that I have the highest regard for the NeoOffice product and the support I have received to date.
I will not however be able in future to sustain $100/year "donation" for support.
As I have structured most of my documents on the excellent 'hyperlink' capabilities that NeoOffice offers - that is to say many are interlinked, it will be a major undertaking to change to another 'office suite'.
Thus I ask if there is a NeoOffice usergroup forum which I might join, in which users can share information and do what they can to assist each other?

To the best of my knowledge there is currently not a dedicated NeoOffice users group. I know that Patrick and Ed hoped that one of the regular volunteers here might be able and willing to create one, but that hasn't happened. No doubt we are all too busy with other things to handle the administration of such a forum.
The OpenOffice.org Community Forum bills itself as a "User community support forum for OpenOffice.org, StarOffice and NeoOffice," so that would be one place to turn.
Most of the users there use OpenOffice.org, and relatively few use the Mac platform, but for many questions about how NeoOffice and OpenOffice.org work, the answer is the same.
There is a slowly growing group of Mac volunteers there, including several who use NeoOffice. I am an official volunteer there (under a different username), although I don't post very often these days. I mostly watch the "Mac" forum there, although lately I've also been running a search for posts mentioning "NeoOffice" every few days, to keep an eye out for NeoOffice specific issues.
Please note that NeoOffice donors like you who have donated US$25.00 or more before 2 September 2010 and within the last year will still be able to post support requests. In other words, we will not take away the support services that donors had already earned prior to this change.
More details about why we must "ration" support service through the higher minimum donation are in this post.

Thanks for the response. I do appreciate both the effort made by those of you who contribute so much to the development of NeoOffice. _________________ "His hands were pure; but he had no hands"
