Noticed someone had posted a broadcast message to everyone. This nuke feature has now been happily disabled, even for registered users
I can forsee it being a vehicle for link spam. And it's also really annoying
(that said, no, I don't know how to activate the dictionary for use in Neo)

Wise decission, Ed, I was already waiting for that and never really saw the use of this feature. As far as I remember, most of the last few broadcasted messages were of the same kind. Thus: Well done!

Let me know if you see any more of them. I believe I disabled the ability to add them for every user. If they pop up, I either may have not gotten it all right or the server may be getting compromised (urgh).
