Hi folks, I've downloaded the new Aqua Beta and I use it with "joy"!!!

I only have to report, at the moment, that in "draw" the preview window that appears on the left is not closable clicking on the x icon on the top right of the window, while is regularly closable from the menu (in italian is Visualizza -> Riquadro pagina, that shuold be something like View -> Page panel in english)

Unfortunately, this is an OpenOffice 2.0.3 bug so we will be stuck with it until OOo 2.0.4. Sad

Well, at least we have a bug in Bugzilla for it here.

Trust me, finding them is greatly appreciated Smile I have a lot of coverage with my own usage in Writer, but I rarely use the other areas of the software.

I know that these bugs doesn't really cause any problem to people, but I think that sometimes they are the indication that the new code entered has altered something unexpectedly. Why this is a problem for OOo 2.0.3 and not for 2.0.0?
Why does we have problem with icons about next page and previuos page in writer preview and some early code hasn't? (all these are OOo bugs and not Neo bugs)
Since people here looks to have a GREAT knowledge of the code thay're doing, but are humans (sometimes I think thay're not, looking at the TREMENDOUS job they're doing), probably pointing out these "stupid" things may help. I don't know waht is related to OOo and what to Neo: since I discover NeoOffice 2 I throwed OOo in the trash can, so actually, from my point of view, all these affected NeoOffice.

(sorry for my poor english, I'm trying to be positive. The only contribute I can give to the project is test every feature I can/know, even if theyinsterest only a few).

This is not uncommon in software development: you fix one bug and a new bug pops up. I suspect that the OOo engineers fixed one bug in Draw for the OOo 2.0.3 release and that bug fix caused this bug.

Keep reporting bugs. There is no harm in that. I just wanted to let you know what we know about the bug.
