In the French translation, there is an error :

It the Tools>Languages menu it is written "Coupure des mots" instead of "Césure" like in any other word processing softwares.

You should file this with the native language project of OOo.

Here is a link to the OpenOffice.org IssueZilla's pre-submission page. From there you can "proceed" and access thier submission gateway page, where you will have to submit your issue "by language", against the French language. You can also query IssueZilla to make sure it hasn't already been reported.
