Little update: looking at them, I wasn't quite happy with a few of the icons. Here's MkII.
I'm going to hold off for a while now, so me and Armando don't start working on the same stuff. Armando, if there's any of the remaining icons you want to hand-off to me, just give me a shout. Otherwise, it's all yours, buddy! |

Better. The ones you changed are more easily distinguished now.
Best wishes,

Help! I've got icon fever.
I found a few icons related to those I've already made, and an outstanding shape icon that falls in my remit, so...
Armando: here is an image with the names of all the new icons I've made. |

I've got them. FYI I've been away on business and off the radar for a couple of days, and I expect to be again from 25th to 27th, so there won't be much opportunity for redrafting. You guys might just have to put up with whatever I can conjure up over the weekend. |

Wow. I still continue to be amazed with your work. I can't design icons worth a darn, it really is an art form. Thanks again for all the work! It really looks awesome.
We'll probably be putting together the 2.2.3 release in March so there should be at least another couple of weeks to get things in there.

Here they are:
Armando, you didn't mention "bezierappend" but it seemed like part of the same toolset, so I made it. |

I have one maybe silly question which app/s do you use to make the icons?
I have some spare time coming up and would like to do some testing/playing around with making some icons for a project I have become involved in.

I'm using the quite ancient Photoshop Elements 2, although for something like icons you don't need so much power. You could use any application that has per-pixel drawing functions. Photoshop's layers system is often very helpful too. |

If you want to make Finder icons, you can use the Icon Composer in the OS X developer package, but I use Iconographer and find it much nicer to work with - it has a Photoshop-like interface and it allows you to do your editing in Photoshop with an auto-update function. |

Just goes to show again that Daniel is more of a man, er, icon creator, than me, as I've never been able to get the Iconographer-to-Photoshop or Photoshop-to-Iconographer stuff to work
