Why do I get these Neo console msgs. on Software Update?

Why do I get a ton of these messages to my console log when I do a Software Update? (This is just a few of them). I used Apple Migration Assistant to go from my old Mac Mini to a new Imac. Maybe it missed some files that is causing this issue? Neo (and everything else works fine... I've updated to latest version) but I was just curious. Thanks,

What you are seeing is output from Apple's Installer tool. Like NeoOffice, most Software Updates use Apple's Installer tool to silently install updates.

The verbose messages result because pre-NeoOffice 3.1.1 versions of NeoOffice includedd an installer tool configuration file that used the Mac OS X 10.4 file format. The Mac OS X 10.6 installer tool is very picky so when it looks at those older Mac OS X 10.4 file formats, it logs a message.

This message has no negative effect but to get rid of it, go to the Finder, navigate to the /Library/Receipts folder, and drag each of the subfolders whose name begins with NeoOffice-3.0 or NeoOffice-2 to the Trash and empty the Trash.

Should I trash it as well or not?

I don't see anything in Receipt folder for current version of Neo.

That makes sense. You have not put out any patches for 3.1.1 yet.

You folks do a great job. I'm happy to support you with a small donation. I wish it could send you more but the insurance biz here in my California area is still slow due to the general economy. It will come back.
