Some database forms open with View>Zoom grayed out and others it is not. Why? |

Unfortunately, I have bad news. The View :: Zoom menu is always disabled when viewing database forms. This has been a limitation in NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice.org code for several years now.
The somewhat good news is that Oracle's OpenOffice.org engineers finally fixed added the ability to zoom database forms in their latest OpenOffice.org 3.2 version. So that we can ensure that NeoOffice is as stable as possible, NeoOffice 3.1.1 is based on the slightly older OpenOffice.org 3.1.1 release but if current donation levels continue as they have in the past, we will likely move to NeoOffice to the newer OpenOffice.org 3.2 code by late summer or early fall 2010.

That is good to know that their fix works for you. BTW, you should be to use NeoOffice and OpenOffice.org interchangeably on the same machine. One will be the default application when double-clicking on files, but you can a specific application by dragging a file onto the NeoOffice or OpenOffice.org icon.
