For some reason – maybe as I'm getting older – I changed my default font size from 12 to 13.
Now I have a little problem with some of my words which are to be exchanged/inserted automatically (via Extras / auto-correction). In the beginnung of using NeoOffice I hadn't realized the advantage to store these words with „text only“, I stored a lot of words without „text only“. When I now type „arg“ in my document (= font size 13) I get „Argument“ in size 12.
Now I wanted to go through the whole list and for every word make sure that is with „text only“.
Problem: I can mark the „text only“ but NeoOffice doesn't update that information. When I go the next word or finish the whole list with „OK“ the mark is off again. At the time of marking „text only“ I only have the option of „delete“; the option „new“ is not sensitive.
How can I update the attribute „text only“ in that list? _________________ servus, tschau, bye

Unfortunately, NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice.org's AutoCorrect dialog does not have the ability to replace an existing entry with a new one. So, when you select entry X and change the "Replace" field to „X“, you are creating a new entry. The only way to do what you are trying to do is to press the New button and then after create one of more of these new quoted entries, go back, select an original entry, and press the Delete key.
Are you able to replace entries using the above step?
