Here in the wiki, when I want to upload a screenshot, and I go to Finder, I can't click the column "created by" e.g. and have the files on my desktop shown by date and hour "created by", of course to quickly find the screenshot I just took, illustrating some bug.

It appears that you have posted in the NeoOffice Mobile Testing forum which is not the right place to post about NeoOffice issues. I have moved your post to the NeoOffice Support forum where it will be seen. Don't bother donating enough to activate this post of yours as you are complaining about your web browser, not NeoOffice.
Our website merely puts a standard file upload tag in our web page's HTML. Then, whatever web browser you are using (Safari, Firefox, etc.) handle display of native dialogs. Note also that on Mac OS X, every web browser that I have seen uses Apple's standard Mac OS X "select a file" dialog so if you don't like the dialog, you really need to complain to Apple to enhance their standard dialog.
