Legal Name change is STOPPING me making a donation

I legally change my name last September to my pen name of 20 years, Leo Rivers .

BUT, I am not able to change my belonging to the NeoForums name to Leo Rivers from my old name because

I used my pen-name e-mail address (which is now my real name) when I donated using my old name as identification

and now my e-mail address is captured by my old name

and your software demands that if I donate in my new name (which is what my PayPal is now)

I am not allowed to use my pen name address

because my e-mail address is captured by my old name!

I can't change my e-mail address so I can donate and have access to the forum!

Can you change my old name to my real name so I can use paypal using my e-mail as it is and has to remain?

It is easy to understand once you "get it". Hard to explain. Embarassed
