Google search box fix

I have noticed recently that when our website pages start to load, Google's website does not always immediately return the JavaScript script file that our search box fetches. When this happens, the user sees a blank web page until the entire script file is finished loading from Google's website.

To avoid this problem, I have delayed displaying the Google search box until after our entire webpage has loaded. With this change, our content will be displayed quickly and if Google's website is slow or unresponsive, the only thing that users will notice is that the Google search box won't appear or will not appear until after several seconds.

I have made this change to all of our websites that display the Google search box.
