Love the program. We have installed OOo on my wife's work Windows lap top, and NO on our home eMac (700 , 640 RAM, 10.2. and we can share files perfectly (via CF card).
My only gripe is that NO is very slow to fireup. First use takes 60secs +, and then if I accidently close it (by shutting the last window - another minor complaint), about 35 secs to start. Any way to speed it up?
Compare <10secs for Appleworks (with font preview - less without) and 15secs for Ragtime.
However keep up the good work as NeoOffice is miles in front as my preferred application.

Unfortunately there's not too much that can be done to improve startup time. Neo's foiled both by the VM initialization as well as a horrendously slow launch time for OOo itself (a problem on many platforms). A lot of the tricks for OS X to speed launch times (like prebinding) don't work due to the stupid UNO component model (read, COM clone). In a way, it's amazing that it's as fast as it is
