Hi,
I run NeoOffice/J Beta Patch 6 on mac os x 10.3.9.

I went to your Patch Download page (http://www.planamesa.com/neojava/en/patch.php) and downloaded the Latest bug fixes for NeoOffice/J 1.1 Release Candidate.
Unforunately, I am told by the installer that I don't have NeoOffice/J 1.1 Release Candidate installed on my computer.

OK, I notice the difference in name, as my version is Beta and the current version is Release Candidate. What must I do to have the most recent stable version of NeoOffice? Must I download from scratch NeoOffice again, or is there a patch I can install?

Thank you very much for comprehension and patience

Because Neo/J Beta is based on OpenOffice.org 1.1.3, and the Release Candidate is based on 1.1.4, you will (unfortunately) have to download the entire Release Candidate installation package before you can install Patch 2.

Simple install over your old installation. Your profile shouldn't be affected.

Good luck,
Oscar

That's a disappointment, being on dial-up.
Although I'm glad to have received such a fast response, thank you very much Oscar
