Can't import large Excel applications

I would really like to leave MS office as quick as possible. Unfortunately I still haven't found a way to transfer the large (a budget-/project-management tool) Excel-models. What happens is that the functions are not transferred correctly. Now I use Swedish as my language and this problem seem to have something to do with this specific function "Förskjuta" . This is one example:
Excel:
=OM(E39>0;SUMMA(FÖRSKJUTNING(Personal!$B$26;0;4):FÖRSKJUTNING(Personal!$B$26;0;6))/4,1;"")

is translated as:

=OM(E39>0;SUMMA(#NAMN!(FÖRSKJUTA($Personal.$B$26;0;4);FÖRSKJUTA($Personal.$B$26;0;6)))/4,1;"")

As you can see it is not a question of just taking away "#NAMN!" because then I don't get a ":" is now a ";" and the calculation actually fails

To explain:
Om = the function "IF)
Förskjutning = a function that I think is "OFFSET" in english
Personal = another sheet in the application


A workaround would be to rewrite the formula in a simpler way. But then I would I be sure other functions are translated properly? And also - it is really a long and tiresome work. Then I must continue with Excel.

Any one has an idea?
