When you announce new patches on the site (the page that I'm directed to when I start NO) it would be useful if, in addition to the size of the patch file, you could indicate the date it was released.

also, and i have no idea how hard this would be...

i still run 1.1 beta. i opened neo the other day and the update thing popped up with the new patch... which was an RC patch. would there be a way to send old versions to the main d/l page? or even just html at the top that appears if you have an older version saying you need to update?

It says in big, bold letters "Download the Latest Bug Fixes for NeoOffice/J 1.1 Release Candidate" Smile

I think anything else will require adding a lot more complexity in Patrick's patch-check script, if it's even possible.

As for ksg's request, I'm not sure why adding the date released would be helpful? Either Neo/J tells you you need a patch and takes you to that page, or Neo/J determines you have the latest patch and doesn't load the page, right?
